Property managers get pitched constantly, and almost every pitch has a line item attached. This one does not. We install a labelled drop rack or a small bank of lockers wherever you allow it, we service it twice a week, and the building is never invoiced.
What the building gets is an amenity it can put in the leasing package and the tenant newsletter. What the tenants get is dry cleaning that happens without anybody leaving the floor — which for law firms, clinics and professional suites is worth real goodwill.
The economics work for us because a multi-tenant building is one route stop with dozens of customers behind it. That is why we can hand back 20% and still run the route. Around the Decatur shop that means the Flat Shoals Parkway and South Rainbow Drive office parks; around McDonough, the Jonesboro Road and Eagle’s Landing professional buildings.

What does the building pay?
Nothing. The program is free to the property and free to the employer. Each employee pays for their own garments, at a discount.
Where do the garments go?
A labelled drop rack or lockers in the lobby or mail room, in whatever spot the property manager approves. We collect and return there.
How do employees pay?
Card on file, billed individually. Nobody has to collect money and no invoice goes to the employer.
What days do you run?
Tuesdays and Fridays as standard, so anything dropped Monday is back by the end of the week.
Can a single tenant sign up instead of the whole building?
Yes. A single firm on one floor works the same way — a rack in your suite, the same two service days.
